Business Support Specialist - Part-Time Job Summary We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to provide administrative, project, sales, and operational support across the company. This is a part-time position for someone who is organized, resourceful, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. We are a well-established, Wisconsin-based e-commerce supplier and distributor of commercial mailbox products and accessories. For more than 20 years, we have earned a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and send bid quotes and customer quotes. Assist with special projects and assignments. Maintain product pricing spreadsheets and updates. Assist with bill paying and administrative tasks. Support the Major Accounts Sales Representative with account follow-up as needed. Provide backup support to Customer Service during staffing absences or busy periods. Obtain and follow up on online customer reviews. Research and pursue bid notification lists and opportunities with major multi-family housing builders. Assist with Housing Authority and Property Management Company projects. Provide general business and administrative support. Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Please apply only if you meet the following qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative, office, customer service, sales support, or related business experience with an established employer. Stable employment history, preferably with at least 2-3 years at each previous position Excellent verbal, written communication and telephone skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, email and common business software Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal team members Able to take direction and constructive feedback while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
