BAR Automotive is assisting an established automotive dealership in the Stanley, Wisconsin area with the addition of Automotive Sales Consultants to its team. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships and helping guests find the right vehicle for their needs. Previous automotive experience is welcome, but we are also interested in individuals with strong customer service, hospitality or other relationship-focused backgrounds. Responsibilities Welcome guests and understand their vehicle needs. Assist guests throughout the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Develop product knowledge and explain vehicle features and benefits. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity. Coordinate with dealership departments to provide a smooth delivery experience. Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated, dependable and organized. Comfortable working with customers in person, by phone and electronically. Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but not required. Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements.
