Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and chat to promote products and services. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems, ensuring data entry is precise and timely. Assist customers with order processing, including cash handling and payment transactions when necessary. Resolve customer issues efficiently by applying problem-solving skills and offering clear, professional communication. Support client communication efforts by writing clear, concise messages and follow-up correspondence. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and organizational skills. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with strong phone communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and active listening. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Experience in outbound calling, customer service problem-solving, and client communication strategies.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
