Job Description
Automotive Sales Consultant Crown Auto Group Overview Crown Auto Group looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. This position is responsible for helping customers find the right new and used vehicles, providing excellent customer service, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and guiding customers through the car-buying process. Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates who want to build a career in auto sales. Responsibilities Assist customers with purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and available programs. Follow up with leads and prospective customers. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. Work with sales managers and the finance department to complete vehicle purchases. Stay knowledgeable about dealership inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and competing models. Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment. Basic computer skills.
