We are hiring a motivated Entry Level Assistant Manager to support sales growth by representing AT&T products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building professional relationships, and achieving measurable sales goals. Candidates will develop practical sales skills, learn effective customer engagement strategies, and gain experience supporting team performance. In this role, you will introduce customers to AT&T solutions, identify their needs, explain available products and services, and guide interested customers through the enrollment process. You will also develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills while learning how to contribute to daily sales objectives and long-term business growth. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities Engage customers in face-to-face sales conversations to introduce AT&T products, services, and available promotions. Identify customer needs and recommend relevant AT&T solutions based on individual preferences and service requirements. Explain product features, answer questions, and communicate the value of available AT&T services. Support customer enrollment by reviewing service options, explaining next steps, and assisting with accurate enrollment completion. Monitor sales performance, work toward individual and team goals, and apply coaching to improve results. Develop leadership and customer support skills while contributing to team development, sales initiatives, and daily operations. Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship building. Motivated to learn sales techniques, accept constructive feedback, and work toward performance-based goals. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or sales is welcome but not necessary. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow into leadership responsibilities.
