The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing service-related communications, overseeing prospecting, and working deals within a luxury dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Service to Sales department at a store level Manage outbound service prospecting calls, texts, and follow-up tasks Appraise cars, select inventory, desk, and close deals Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to close deals Ensure accurate CRM updates and follow-up processes Monitor appointment show and close rates Partner closely with the Sales Managers, Service Managers, Pre-Owned Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales Advisors to maximize workflow and client satisfaction Maintain high CSI standards consistent with leading luxury brands Qualifications 3-5 years of Sales, BDC, or Service BDC experience (management preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Client-focused and team-oriented Proficient with CRM systems Valid driver's license Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage Paid Vacation/Sick/Personal Time 401K Plan with Employer Contribution All inquiries will remain strictly confidential. #IND3
