Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Connect with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend the right AT&T products and services. Assist customers with account setup, activations, and device selection to ensure a smooth experience. Support daily sales and customer engagement activities to help achieve individual and team goals. Work alongside experienced leaders to learn sales management, business operations, and team development. Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and identifying sales opportunities. Help execute sales and marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Monitor customer feedback and market trends to help improve the customer experience and sales performance. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with sales reporting and account management. Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs to build management skills. Collaborate with team members to create a positive, goal-oriented work environment. Entry Level Assistant Manager:
