Understanding the client's context and the competitive landscape allows the Entry Level Manager to frame Verizon's value proposition powerfully. You'll learn that the best sales deals are made by those who do their homework, ensuring every deal is solid and beneficial. The Entry Level Manager will have the opportunity to learn the in's and out's of business development, new market ventures and explore their potential in a hands-on environment, made to provide the tools needed for success. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Present Verizon Wireless and Frontier's Fiber Internet bundles as the nation's most reliable household solution for sales growth. Spot untapped neighborhoods for outreach, coordinating with field teams to maximize exposure and generate new sales opportunities. Explain Verizon's everyday benefits, such as dependable streaming, family entertainment, and unlimited data, to drive sales interest. Assist residents with sign‑ups, ensuring accounts and packages are set up smoothly to support sales success. Refine sales messaging with competitor insights, positioning our clients as the clear value leader in connectivity and entertainment. Maintain accurate data records, tracking progress and reporting results to strengthen overall sales campaigns. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Manager High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales, with a proven ability to exceed quotas and performance benchmarks. Strong communication skills, able to present our clients benefits in persuasive, customer‑friendly conversations Proactive and detail-oriented, leveraging market insights to convert prospects into loyal sales accounts.
