The right individual will be self-motivated and driven with a sales and goal oriented mentality and enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment. The BDC Manager works closely with the Sales Managers and Sales team and must be comfortable handling outbound and inbound phone and internet leads. Responsibilities Include:

Hiring and training BDC staff Monitoring CRM for maximum conversion Assist in handling incoming internet leads and phone calls and setting appointments Follow up with leads daily and ensure BDC staff is actively following up Generate new leads through email campaigns Work directly with sales team and managers to generate sales traffic and close deals Oversee website elements are in place to ensure maximum conversion Price shop competition Apply today for immediate consideration.
