The Atlantic District

Founding Partner - Insurance Agency

Job Description

Job Overview The Atlantic District is building something meaningful in Presque Isle, Maine, and we are looking for a Founding Partner to help lead the way. This is more than a sales role. It is a chance to help create the foundation of a new insurance agency and shape how it serves families, individuals, and local businesses from day one. If you enjoy creating relationships that last, having a real voice in how work gets done, and being part of something that can grow with you, this could be a strong fit. In this role, you will be at the center of the agency's growth. You will connect with clients, learn what matters most to them, and offer insurance solutions that feel practical, personal, and easy to understand. You will also help influence the way the agency operates, from service standards to sales approach, so the business reflects both care and ambition. We are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of building, not just maintaining. Someone who sees possibility, enjoys earning trust, and wants to help create a place clients feel comfortable coming back to. If that sounds like you, we would love to talk.
