Salary Range:

Proven track record of managing an insurance book or leading sales initiatives. Deep understanding of the local Mechanicsburg market and insurance landscape. Demonstrable experience building long-term client relationships from the ground up. Strong comfort level with consultative selling rather than high-pressure tactics. Fluency in modern agency management software and digital tools. Prior experience in small business operations or team mentorship is a plus. Responsibilities Shape the strategic direction of our sales efforts to expand our local presence. Connect with members of our community to identify their unique protection needs. Design comprehensive coverage plans that offer peace of mind for local families and business owners. Provide ongoing support to existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for any coverage concerns.
