Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Five or more years of experience managing high-performing insurance sales teams. Deep knowledge of personal and commercial lines of insurance. History of mentoring staff and driving consistent revenue growth. Strong comfort level with modern agency management systems and digital lead tracking. Established residency or willingness to work daily from our Mechanicsburg office. Responsibilities Direct the daily operations of our insurance sales division to ensure we hit our service and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales professionals to refine their consultation skills and deepen client relationships. Analyze our local market trends to identify new opportunities for our agency to expand its footprint in Mechanicsburg. Cultivate an office culture where collaboration is the norm and everyone feels empowered to solve problems. Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics while ensuring our clients receive the most relevant coverage options. Monitor performance metrics to coach staff on how to improve their outreach and conversion strategies.
