Since 1945 we have been focused on exceptional service, quick turnaround, and knowledgeable craftsmanship. We are seeking a showroom & sales representative to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, sales-driven, and comfortable managing both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Answer all phone calls and respond promptly to email inquiries Extensive product knowledge, (in house and product supplier training available) Qualify leads and guide customers through product selection and next steps Build customer relationships and help convert inquiries into booked jobs Prepare, send, and follow up on estimates and proposals Support the sales process from initial conversation through signed job Coordinate customer information, project details, and status updates in lead / sales management software Assist with templates and designs as part of the customer workflow Coordinate and help schedule fabricators and installers as needed to support project flow Communicate clearly with customers regarding timing, expectations, and project updates Help maintain showroom presentation, standards, and overall customer experience Assist with ordering and administrative coordination related to sold jobs Help resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Support company visibility through social media management and Google Business page management when needed After hour marketing events up to 2 hours per month Compensation and Benefits Salary plus incentive/commission structure may be considered, based on experience and performance Paid lunch time

GSA Mileage Reimbursement PTO and Vacation Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
