Job Description We're hiring a detail-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to support customer engagement and account management efforts within a growing team. This position offers long-term stability, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to be part of a supportive and team-oriented environment. What You'll Be Doing: Make outbound calls to field leads, previous purchasers, and customer product inquiries, to generate new sales.
Maintain a pipeline of customers to continue current and new sales growth.
Source new customers through various resources.
Follow-up calls, setting appointments
Assist with inbound calls during high-volume call times
Assist with managing inventory on various websites
Other projects as assigned by the supervisor Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferred
Strong interest in Sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and follow through
A problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
