Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Three or more years of experience managing or leading a sales team within the insurance industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and group sales targets. Strong local roots in the Williamsport area and a desire to grow a network. High level of proficiency with agency management software and digital reporting tools. Excellent coaching skills with a focus on professional development. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of sales professionals to achieve consistent growth. Oversee daily operations at our Williamsport office to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our market share throughout the region. Foster a supportive team culture where everyone feels encouraged to contribute their best ideas. Analyze sales metrics and provide regular, actionable feedback to help team members improve their craft. Engage with the local community to build lasting partnerships and increase our visibility in town.
