Job Description
Elite Marketing Group is growing its AT&T Fiber team and is hiring AT&T Representatives who are motivated by goals, enjoy customer interaction, and want an opportunity to develop professionally. In this role, you'll connect with customers, learn what they're looking for, and introduce AT&T Fiber solutions that match their needs. This is an entry-level position with structured coaching and hands-on development. You don't need years of sales or customer service experience to succeed. We're looking for people who are confident, dependable, coachable, and willing to put in the work. Your ability to communicate, build rapport, and create a positive customer experience is what matters most. Your Day-to-Day Engage with customers and create professional, positive first impressions. Ask questions and identify each customer's needs, preferences, and connectivity priorities. Introduce AT&T Fiber services and explain available solutions in an easy-to-understand way. Use consultative sales conversations to connect customers with appropriate options. Build genuine customer relationships through active listening and clear communication. Assist customers throughout the enrollment and sales process. Apply proven sales techniques while working toward individual and team goals. Deliver consistent customer service from the initial conversation through enrollment. Take part in coaching designed to strengthen your sales, communication, and product knowledge. You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Enjoy talking with people and creating positive customer experiences. Are confident communicating with different types of customers. Have a competitive, goal-oriented approach to sales. Take feedback seriously and actively look for ways to improve. Are reliable, motivated, and comfortable contributing to a team. Have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field, or are ready to learn. This role is designed to help you build more than just sales experience. You'll develop communication, customer relationship, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills while working alongside an experienced team.
