We are looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant who will focus on assisting health insurance agents to our team!

Basic Duties:

Call leads and schedule appointments
Conduct fact finding with new prospects
Send emails and messages to prospects and clients
Enter notes into CRM
Submit applications for coverage and file coverage documents
Submit appeals and claims when necessary
Client servicing - such as retrieving id cards, emailing policy details, etc.
Reconcile commission statements
Work with contracting department to request and complete requirements for new carrier appointments
Coordinating with multiple agents and client bases
Accurately track time spent on each activity
Weekly check in meetings with agents and managers

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask
Basic technology skill set - browser navigation, data entry, folder management, etc.
Ethical and trustworthiness are essential
Phone skills
Ability to work on a team and self-manage time
Previous administrative or health insurance experience preferred but not required
Utah health insurance license - we will help you to obtain it if not currently held. Not a requirement for initial hiring
