Magic City Chevrolet, Covington, VA is seeking the right candidate to take the lead as our F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager. This is not an entry level position. Sales and Financing Experience is a Must! As an F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by assisting customers with financing options and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. We need a take charge person that can do the following: Lead sales team to consistent growth and increasing gross profit Collaborate with executive team to develop store objectives and goals for sales staff Proactive customer contact in person, on-line and by phone Building solid relationships with customers to insure repeat business Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department
• Review and analyze customer credit applications
• Present financing options to customers and explain terms and conditions
• Prepare and finalize all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases
• Process title and registration paperwork
• Coordinate with lenders to secure financing for customers
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Must have the following qualities/abilities to be considered for this position: Be highly adaptable
