As a Sales Manager In House, you will be responsible for: Support the management team in meeting and exceeding sales goals Partner with Sales Executives to present timeshare product to Owners Provide mentoring to Sales Executives as directed by Sales Management Motivate, coach, challenge and assist the sales team in closing vacation package sales to qualified guests Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels Develop and deliver production-oriented training programs for new and existing sales team members Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales Management
