This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity with a flexible schedule and uncapped earning potential. You choose when and where you work. Unlike traditional solar or other high-ticket door-to-door sales, you are NOT selling expensive solar systems, financing, or long-term contracts. You're approaching homeowners who already have solar and offering a straightforward, affordable maintenance service. This makes for a simpler sales conversation with a much lower customer commitment than many traditional door-to-door products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable talking to homeowners, enjoys working independently, and wants their income to be based directly on their sales performance. Compensation $2 commission per solar panel sold Typical residential systems we service range from approximately 15-40+ panels ( A 25-panel cleaning = $50 commission) $50 bonus when a cleaning customer you acquire results in a qualifying larger service job, such as Critter Guard/bird proofing Additional weekly performance bonuses available for hitting sales goals Estimated earning potential: $500-$1,500+ per week , depending on sales production This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor (1099) position with no hourly wage or guaranteed weekly pay What You'll Do Knock doors in residential neighborhoods with existing solar systems Introduce homeowners to SunWorx Solar Services and our solar panel cleaning options Explain our pricing and recurring cleaning plans Close customers directly at the door Collect basic customer information and submit completed sales to our team Identify potential opportunities for additional services such as bird proofing/Critter Guard and bird remediation Represent SunWorx professionally and provide a positive customer experience What We're Looking For Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners Self-motivated and comfortable working independently after initial training and field support Strong communication and people skills Reliable transportation and smartphone Door-to-door or sales experience is a plus, but not required Willing and able to walk residential neighborhoods and work outdoors Dependable and professional Why SunWorx? Service Area:

Greater Phoenix Area. Reps have the flexibility to work throughout the Valley, including West Valley areas such as Buckeye, Goodyear and surrounding APS communities , as well as Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction and other East Valley areas .
