We specialize in helping California homeowners explore solar energy and battery storage solutions that can reduce their dependence on traditional utility companies. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission-based compensation , designed for individuals who want flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build their income based on their performance. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or someone looking to break into the solar industry, we're interested in individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and take control of their earning potential. No experience? No problem. We're looking for work ethic, confidence, and motivation. What You'll Do Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods throughout California's PG&E service areas. Educate homeowners about solar energy, battery storage, and potential electricity savings. Generate leads and identify homeowners interested in solar solutions. Build relationships with prospective customers and schedule consultations. Follow up with interested homeowners to help move opportunities forward. Work with our sales team to develop your knowledge and improve your sales skills. Manage your own schedule and sales activities to maximize your earning potential.
