SOLITO | Southern California SOLITO is expanding our solar sales team and looking for motivated Solar Appointment Setters and Solar Sales Closers . We are looking for people who want to build a career in solar, earn based on production, and grow into leadership.

NEW TO SOLAR?

Have strong sales skills but little or no solar experience? We will train the right candidate, develop your solar knowledge and experience, and assist with required licensing.

SOLAR APPOINTMENT SETTERS

Our Setter program rewards production with a tiered commission structure.

SETTER COMMISSION 1-3

closed deals: 30% 4-7 closed deals: 40% 8+ closed deals: 50% Example based on a $10,000 available commission per sale: 3 closed deals at 30% 3 × $3,000 = $9,000 7 closed deals at 40% 7 × $4,000 = $28,000 8 closed deals at 50% 8 × $5,000 = $40,000 10 closed deals at 50% 10 × $5,000 = $50,000 Some residential and commercial opportunities can carry significantly higher available commissions, with certain deals potentially reaching $15,000-$30,000+ in total available commission , depending on project size, system size, and deal structure. Examples are based on the available commission for the project earnings.

SETTER RESPONSIBILITIES

Speak with homeowners and businesses about solar and battery solutions Generate qualified solar opportunities Set appointments for Solar Closers/Home Advisors Build rapport and identify customer needs Follow up with prospects Maintain consistent prospecting activity Solar experience is helpful, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

SOLAR SALES CLOSERS 100

% Commission-Based Sales Opportunity Our closers operate on a 100% commission-based structure , with a $2.60/W baseline to start . We work with both residential and commercial solar opportunities , giving experienced sales professionals the ability to pursue larger projects as well. Your compensation depends on how the opportunity is generated.

COMPANY-PROVIDED HOT LEADS

When SOLITO provides the hot lead, SOLITO retains 20% of the available commission for the lead and the Closer receives 80%. Example on a $10,000 available commission:

Closer:

$8,000

SOLITO:

$2,000 SETTER-GENERATED

APPOINTMENTS

When a SOLITO Setter generates and sets the appointment, the available commission can be split 50/50 between the Setter and Closer . Example on a $10,000 available commission:

Setter:

$5,000

Closer:

$5,000 RESIDENTIAL + COMMERCIAL SOLITO sells both residential and commercial solar . Larger commercial projects can create substantially larger commission opportunities, with some projects carrying $15,000-$30,000+ in total available commission , depending on project size and deal structure.

EXPERIENCED MANAGERS & DEALERS

Already running a solar team or dealer operation? We are open to discussing volume-based baseline structures for experienced solar managers, dealers, and high-producing organizations. Experienced teams with significant volume can discuss customized structures based on production.
