Earning Potential:

EverRise Solar is selecting 8 additional sales professionals for our October Solar Academy. This four-week training program is designed to take talented, motivated salespeople with little or no solar experience and develop them into knowledgeable, confident Solar Energy Experts. If you already know how to communicate, connect with customers, handle objections and close — but don't know solar — this opportunity was built for you. Experience in retail sales, automotive, wireless/cell phone sales, home improvement, roofing, real estate, insurance, door-to-door, inside sales, outbound sales, customer service or another performance-driven environment is a strong fit.

WHAT WE'LL TEACH YOU

The EverRise Solar Academy is provided at NO COST to selected representatives and is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to professionally consult homeowners on solar. During the four-week academy, you'll learn: Solar & Electricity 101 How residential solar systems work Solar panels, inverters & system design fundamentals Understanding electric bills & homeowner energy usage Solar incentives & available programs PPAs, leases, loans & system ownership Explaining solar financing clearly and professionally Qualifying homeowners for solar Building value & presenting savings Objection handling Prospecting & door-to-door fundamentals The complete EverRise homeowner presentation Taking a homeowner from the first conversation through a completed solar sale By the end of the academy, our goal is for you to have the knowledge, tools and confidence to begin building your own solar pipeline.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are: Experienced in sales or customer-facing roles Confident speaking face-to-face with homeowners Personable, energetic and professional Coachable and willing to learn Disciplined and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Competitive and goal-oriented Hungry to build a high-income career Willing to prospect and knock doors Previous solar experience is NOT required. This is a

DOOR-TO-DOOR SOLAR SALES POSITION.

This is NOT an hourly or salaried position. Representatives are independent contractors (1099) and are compensated entirely through commissions based on individual sales performance. There is no guaranteed income. The advertised $100,000-$300,000+ earning potential is not guaranteed and depends on individual sales production, system size, pricing, completed installations and applicable commission requirements. If you're looking for a guaranteed hourly paycheck, this opportunity probably isn't the right fit. If you're looking for an opportunity where your income can grow with your production, we want to meet you.
