Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Operations Associate and become a vital part of our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by greeting and qualifying sales, service and rental customers on the phone or in person. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help support a safe,, clean and welcoming environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in retail support, scheduling and logistics while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. We help people every day. Responsibilities Assisting customers on the phone with rentals, sales inquiries, and service questions. Manage inventory control processes including stocking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability of products. Assist with product merchandising, retail store stocking, and maintaining retail store product knowledge to enhance customer experience. Assist General Manager with administrative tasks including vendor management, parts management, use of the operations software, etc. Support receiving activities by verifying shipments, preparing and documenting inventory movements Communicate effectively with team members across departments using strong organizational skills to coordinate daily operations smoothly. Skills Excellent phone skills to maintain high customer safisfaction. Strong inventory control skills with a focus on accuracy in stock management and replenishment processes. Previous warehouse, rental or retail store experience is highly desirable for understanding product flow and customer service standards. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, packaging techniques, and manual handling safety practices. Excellent organizational skills coupled with clear communication abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to use various software applications, including Outlook. Whether you are a student or a parent needing to be off work by 2:00 PM, our team might be the right fit to support your purpose. We have some flexibiilty with scheduling during the week, but at least on Saturday (10 am-4pm) is needed.
