As a Produce Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the freshness and quality of our produce department. Your responsibilities will include stocking, organizing, and maintaining the produce section, as well as providing exceptional customer service. ```Responsibilities```

• Receive and inspect incoming produce shipments
• Stock and rotate produce items to ensure freshness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce section
• Assist customers in selecting high-quality produce items
• Provide accurate information about produce products to customers
• Operate cash register for produce purchases
• Package and label produce items for display
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of produce supplies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in a retail produce environment preferred
• Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
• Familiarity with operating a cash register is a plus
