Job Description

Follow and enforce store policies, as well as security measures.
Provide excellent customer services.
Always go above and beyond for customers
Develop positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilages and damages
Ensure the grocery shelves are maintained clean and organized
Ensure the shelves are always loaded with fresh products
Ensure the products are properly tagged and labeled
Setup product displays in store entrance and other sections according to merchandising standards and seasons.
Always have displays that are attractive for the customer
Maintain the store clean, safe, and appealing
Educate staff about safety and sanitation procedures.
