Job Description
- Follow and enforce store policies, as well as security measures.
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Always go above and beyond for customers
- Develop positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilages and damages
- Ensure the grocery shelves are maintained clean and organized
- Ensure the shelves are always loaded with fresh products
- Ensure the products are properly tagged and labeled
- Setup product displays in store entrance and other sections according to merchandising standards and seasons.
- Always have displays that are attractive for the customer
- Maintain the store clean, safe, and appealing
- Educate staff about safety and sanitation procedures.
