Duties Receive shipments using RF scanners and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers, ensuring safe handling of products. Stock shelves with produce, packaged goods, and retail store products while maintaining proper merchandising standards. Conduct inventory control by monitoring stock levels, performing inventory management tasks, and assisting with shipping and receiving processes. Utilize warehouse experience to organize storage areas, load and unload deliveries, and perform manual handling with safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Assist customers with product knowledge, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience. Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stocking schedules and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Experience Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations background is preferred. Familiarity with inventory control systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, stackers, and material handling equipment is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs. Basic math skills for counting stock and processing shipments accurately. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently. Demonstrated commitment to safety practices during heavy lifting, manual handling, loading/unloading activities, and warehouse operations.
