Responsibilities Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are properly labeled, organized, and visually appealing Use RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels and update product information accurately Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move produce supplies Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce area through regular cleaning and organization Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about produce varieties, and provide excellent customer service Manage receiving processes by unloading deliveries efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices Support merchandising efforts by rotating stock, creating attractive displays, and ensuring proper packaging of produce items Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks Basic math skills for counting stock, managing inventory levels, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and receiving procedures is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering fresh produce with enthusiasm!
