Onsite Join Our Monterey Manufacturing Team PPT Group is looking for a dependable, organized Stockroom & Inventory Associate to support our manufacturing operation in Monterey. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, keeping materials organized, working accurately with inventory, and helping production teams get the parts they need when they need them. The primary day-to-day work involves picking parts, counting inventory, organizing stock, moving materials, and providing general stockroom and production support . Candidates with experience in warehouses, inventory, shipping/receiving, retail stock, distribution, fulfillment, production, or other hands-on material-handling environments are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Pick parts and materials for production and other internal needs. Count and verify inventory accurately. Receive, identify, organize, and put away incoming stock. Make sure materials are stored in the correct locations and can be easily found. Check stock for correct quantities, labels, and packaging. Perform routine cycle counts. Help investigate inventory differences or count discrepancies. Record stock movements accurately. Support stockroom and production team members during busy periods. Help maintain clean, organized, clearly identified stock and storage areas. Use company inventory systems to record and locate materials. Follow established safety procedures when handling and moving stock. Operate approved material-handling equipment after appropriate training and authorization. Previous ERP, MRP, or warehouse-management-system experience is perferred. Candidates who require company-approved training or certification may also be considered. Work Environment This is an active manufacturing and stockroom environment. The position includes regular movement throughout storage and production areas, handling inventory and materials, use of computers and inventory systems, and operation of approved material-handling equipment as appropriate. Schedule This is a full-time, onsite position in Monterey, California , working an 8-hour day. Occasional overtime may be available or required, but regular overtime is not expected. Candidates should already live within a reasonable commuting distance of Monterey. Compensation $23.00-$26.00 per hour , based on relevant experience and demonstrated capability.
