We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team full time and help maintain the accuracy and organization of our inventory while supporting daily fulfillment operations. Job Overview We are seeking a full-time Inventory Control & Fulfillment Associate with a strong focus on inventory accuracy. The primary responsibility of this position is to help ensure our physical inventory matches our system inventory through regular cycle counts, stock verification, accurate put-away, and investigation of discrepancies. This role will also support daily warehouse and order-processing activities, including picking customer orders, processing returns and exchanges, and engraving customized jewelry. Engraving experience is not required. We will provide training. Because we manage a large number of SKUs, sizes, styles, and variations, attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with inventory systems, and willing to investigate an issue rather than simply work around it.

$18-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control and Cycle Counting Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts across inventory locations. Verify physical inventory quantities against system inventory. Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies. Research potential causes of inventory variances, including receiving, picking, returns, exchanges, transfers, or incorrect stock locations. Make or communicate necessary inventory corrections according to company procedures. Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure products are stored in the correct bins or designated areas. Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and inventory audits. Monitor inventory organization and proactively identify potential inventory-control issues. Receiving and Stock Put-Away Receive incoming merchandise and verify quantities against receiving documentation. Inspect incoming products for accuracy and condition. Accurately put inventory into designated stock locations. Ensure inventory movements are properly recorded in the system. Maintain organized, clearly labeled, and accurate inventory locations. Order Picking and Fulfillment Accurately pick products for customer orders. Verify product style, size, quantity, and other order details before fulfillment. Prepare orders for the next stage of processing and shipment. Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Returns and Exchanges Process customer returns and exchanges accurately. Inspect returned merchandise and determine the appropriate inventory disposition. Return eligible merchandise to the correct inventory location. Ensure inventory quantities are updated correctly when returns and exchanges are processed. Identify discrepancies involving returned or exchanged merchandise. Engraving Perform engraving for customized customer orders using company engraving equipment. Verify engraving instructions carefully before production. Inspect completed engraving for accuracy and quality. Engraving experience is not required. Training will be provided. General Operations Support Maintain clean, organized inventory and work areas. Assist with inventory projects, stock organization, audits, and operational improvements. Support other fulfillment and warehouse activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous inventory control, warehouse, stockroom, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred. Experience performing cycle counts or inventory reconciliation is strongly preferred. Experience working with products that have multiple SKUs, sizes, or variations is a plus.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with inventory management systems and computers. Ability to perform repetitive inventory counting while maintaining accuracy. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow transactions through an inventory system. Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
