Shifts:
1st: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 2nd: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM-2:15 AM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our electronics manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in supporting SMT and circuit board production by ensuring components are accurately inventoried, prepared, and delivered to the production floor. The right candidate will be comfortable working with small electronic components, following established procedures, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, kit, and issue electronic components according to work orders. Set up SMT trollies and load feeders with the correct components. Count SMD reels and verify part numbers, labels, and quantities. Process inventory transactions using an MRP system. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Audit kits and completed work for accuracy. Follow ESD, MSD, and electronic component handling procedures. Work with small components using magnification when required. Assist with other stockroom and material-handling duties as needed. Qualifications What We're Looking For 1-2 years of stockroom, inventory, or electronics manufacturing experience High School Diploma required Experience with an MRP/inventory system SMT, circuit board, or electronics experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work Able to perform basic math and inventory counts Able to walk, crouch, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs. Must complete required
J-STD-001
