Duties Stock shelves and displays accurately using RF scanners and inventory management systems to ensure product availability. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual hand trucks safely to load, unload, and transport merchandise. Maintain organized storage areas by implementing proper merchandising techniques and adhering to safety guidelines. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks efficiently while following safe lifting practices. Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and support inventory control efforts. Support retail store operations by packaging products, replenishing stock on the sales floor, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date for customer assistance. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Communicate effectively with team members in multiple languages if needed to coordinate tasks smoothly across diverse teams. Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic math skills for counting stock, processing shipments, and managing inventory records accurately. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams and provide exceptional customer service when needed. Knowledge of safe lifting practices, manual handling procedures, and warehouse safety protocols is essential.
