Duties Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are properly labeled, rotated, and presented attractively Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and move produce efficiently Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks and inventory management practices Assist in packaging produce for customer purchases, ensuring quality standards are met Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently Keep the produce area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards through routine maintenance and sanitation tasks Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about produce products, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling tools Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and retail store operations Ability to handle heavy lifting safely using proper lifting practices Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Retail store experience with a focus on merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, inventory counts, and measurements Organizational skills to keep the produce area tidy, stocked, and well-maintained while managing multiple tasks efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and enjoy working with fresh products.
