Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Room Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards are met Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency, utilizing order picker equipment and pallet jacks Organize stock in designated storage areas, ensuring easy access and optimal space utilization Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies Assist with shipping logistics including preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely for load & unload activities while adhering to safety protocols Support international trade regulations and trade compliance requirements when handling imported or exported goods Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve processes, and enhance customer service levels Utilize ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms for data entry, order processing, and inventory updates Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and calculations related to inventory management Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external vendors effectively Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and e-commerce fulfillment processes Familiarity with packaging techniques for order fulfillment to ensure product safety during transit Join us as a Stock Room Clerk to play a crucial role in our supply chain success! Pay:
