This is a direct hire position with growth potential in a private Country Club. The Clerk is responsible for inventorying, stocking, distribution and requisitioning of supplies to ensure that all stock amounts are maintained at sufficient levels needed to support the Club. Also, accurately stores items according to HACCP standards and uses First in / First out method of rotating stock. Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. & be detail-orientated. Weekends/ Holidays a must Previous Food service/Culinary experience a plus Driver's License Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
