Powercon Corp is a leading switchgear manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality electrical solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Stockroom Associate to join our team. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Accurately label and store materials in designated stockroom locations. Maintain organized and clean stockroom areas to ensure ease of access and safety. Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts; assist with reconciliation of discrepancies. Issue materials to production or other departments as requested. Track stock levels and notify the supervisor of inventory or replenishment needs. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems or spreadsheets. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory-related role preferred. Basic computer skills required (experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle physical workload Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
