Livestock Worker Company Heart Plus LLC

Location Savage, MT

Description Temporary full time for 1 worker from Dec. 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, catching, and loading animals; Maintain records on animals; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Prepare calving areas; Sort cattle upon sale; Administer medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate; Move livestock and feed from one location to another; Clean and maintain animal housing areas with loader; Break ice in water facilities and maintain heated watering systems; Inspect, maintain, prepare, repair livestock equipment, facilities, buildings, pens, yards, and fences; Must speak English. Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure toply may result in immediate termination from employment. In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange that is as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) nor the State Workforce Agencies (SWA) are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. In the event the employer receives phone calls or walk-up workers interested in the job offer, the employer must inform the worker of the job requirements and duties, must consider the worker for the job based on the workers qualifications, and must report the results in the final recruitment report submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor.
