Position Overview :

The Monmouth Museum is seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive part-time team member to support the launch and ongoing operations of our new Dunellen satellite location - We are actively looking for a team-centric individual with proven customer service experience and the ability to maintain an extremely positive work environment for patrons and co-workers. With direction from the Assistant Manager - the right candidate will be able to assist in multiple wings, a gift shop, workshops and special events. Applicants should have good communication skills, excellent customer service, and an upbeat 'can-do' approach to each shift; an interest in science and the arts is a plus! Join the Monmouth Museum team! Help lead tours, assist in crafting, create a magical birthday experience, and give our guests an awesome visiting experience! This position is part-time and works directly with the public.

•Saturday and/or Sunday availability is mandatory - there may be opportunities to expand this position for the right candidate.

•Evening (4p-8p) availability may also be necessary as needed.

Pay:

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
