The candidate will be involved in footwear costing, line-building, assortment planning, in-season inventory management, and vendor negotiations. The candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter, with strong business judgment, exceptional retail analytical skills and have demonstrated the ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve problems.

• This role requires to be in-person based out of our Elmhurst home office
• Local applicants preferred. Qualifications
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to react quickly to trends and sales analysis
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Strong ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• A team player dedicated to support the entire buying team while keen on learning important buying skill sets at the same time
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
