Job Summary Bradley's is looking for a Part Time Stock and Sales Associate with at least 1 year of stock or warehouse experience to add to our winning team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable receiving, organizing, stocking ,and maintaining inventory. With Exceptional Customer Service as our #1 Core Value we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and friendly individual. Stock Associate assists with receiving shipments to the store, checks for shipment accuracy, labels and stocks items on the sales floor and assists customers. Teamwork is absolutely essential as successful candidate may be asked to assist in any department as needed in order to provide Superior Service to our customers. Stock and Sales Associate Responsibilities and Duties Assists in unloading shipments to the store, factory, or warehouse. Checks items received against shipping invoice to ensure the shipment is accurate. Unpacks inventory. Organizes inventory in the stockroom or warehouse. Replenishes stock on the sales floor as needed. Answers customer questions about available items in stock. Uses inventory control software to log information. Assists managers and associates in preventing theft and maintaining proper inventory. Observes proper safety procedures in the stockroom, particularly when lifting and moving heavy items. Reports issues or problems to Stock manager or Manager on Duty Assists in cleaning up the store and stockroom. Qualifications and Skills for Stock and Sales Associate Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy boxes. Exhibits strong organizational skills. Is familiar with inventory software. Pays close attention to detail. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Exhibits familiarity with the range of a company's products. Works well with a team. Communicates clearly and effectively. Demonstrates ability to read and interpret invoices and packing slips. Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in the warehouse or stockroom.
