Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment ensuring safe handling of all materials. Stock shelves with merchandise accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper product placement and signage. Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies. Operate RF scanners to track product movement and update inventory records in real-time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, backrooms, and sales floors to promote safety and accessibility. Assist customers with locating products, answering questions about store merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, packaging products for delivery, and documenting inbound/outbound items. Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills; bilingual spanish required for serving diverse customer bases. Experience with retail store operations, merchandising, and product knowledge across various departments including produce or general merchandise. Basic math skills for counting stock accurately and managing inventory data. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
