Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join our growing family owned business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock refills, Cleaning of shop area, and ensuring efficient storage and handling of materials. This role is vital to ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing stock discrepancies, and supporting overall shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to verify physical stock matches system records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management. Receive, label, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Keeping a clean and organized shop Maintain clean and organized inventory areas according to safety standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus. Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, Warehouse Associate, or similar role. Valid NYS drivers License Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic math and data entry skills. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
