AmeriStaff is currently recruiting for a Team Lead with a company that makes materials enhancing the quality of life and located in Martinsville, VA. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, effective communication, and forklift experience. Benefits of the
Team Lead Position:
Monday-Friday. 9:00am-5:00pm with some overtime.
Pay:
$22-$24 per hour. Responsibilities of the
Team Lead Position:
Fill in as needed to complete daily tasks. Handle time/attendance. Handle orientation of new hires (first day safety guidelines and getting their PPE).Publish Training the contractor team. Give direction to the team based off the number of employees and tasks required each day. Requirements if the

Must have Forklift Experience. Must have one (1) year of experience in a Lead position. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. #
