In this role, you will connect with spa owners, estheticians, beauty professionals, and other potential customers to introduce and demonstrate professional beauty equipment. You will help clients understand equipment features, treatment applications, and how the right technology can support and grow their businesses. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with customers, and turning opportunities into sales. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Present and demonstrate professional beauty equipment
• Explain equipment features, benefits, treatment applications, and product differences
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up consistently throughout the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in product and sales training
• Attend beauty industry events, trade shows, demonstrations, and other sales activities as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop new sales opportunities Qualifications
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, spas, skincare, medical aesthetics, or professional beauty equipment is a strong plus
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable learning technical product information and explaining it clearly to customers
• Comfortable demonstrating products and interacting with beauty professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English/Spanish or English/Chinese bilingual skills are a strong plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Position Details
