Create value by offering complete solutions through bundling and personalized recommendations. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Educate customers on device features, promotions, and service options. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service. Process activations, upgrades, account changes, and payments accurately. Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Stay current on T-Mobile products, promotions, and industry trends. Qualifications Sales or customer service experience preferred, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
