You'll meet with our customers in person, help them understand how fast internet and effortless streaming fit their lifestyle. As an Entry Level Wireless Associate, you'll learn all about AT&T Fiber's internet and how to share its value in a way that's friendly and clear. In person with customers, the Entry Level Wireless Associate will have sales conversations, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions. Every conversation is a chance to make our customers' day a little brighter. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Wireless Associate Consult with customers in person about AT&T Fiber benefits for reliable internet connectivity and entertainment. Drive sales by promoting in-person connections, emphasizing how AT&T Fiber delivers consistent performance for modern households. Showcase entertainment options in person, highlighting effortless streaming across all devices for our customers. Drive sales by engaging customers in person to explain the advantages of AT&T Fiber for home Wi-Fi and connectivity solutions. Generate sales by addressing customer needs and recommending appropriate connectivity packages during sales consultations. Highlight reliable modern Wi-Fi in person, with a focus on seamless connectivity for streaming, gaming, and work. Qualifications of the Entry Level Wireless Associate High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Passionate about sales, customer service, and telecommunications is a plus. Easygoing personality that connects quickly with a wide range of people. Clear drive to meet sales goals while supporting team success. Steady composure and positive energy, even when the pace picks up.
