full-time A leading technology-focused investment banking boutique is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing M&A team in San Francisco, CA. This is an opportunity to work directly with founders, CEOs, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers on high-profile technology transactions, with significantly more responsibility and senior-level exposure than typically available at larger institutions. The Role Lead execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A and strategic advisory engagements Build and oversee financial models, valuations, transaction analyses, and client materials Work directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle Manage junior team members and take ownership of key deal workstreams Develop deep expertise across software, AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and broader technology The Profile 4-6 years of investment banking experience, ideally with meaningful M&A exposure Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills Strong communication, judgment, and attention to detail Genuine interest in technology and strategic transactions Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take ownership
