The Entry Level Associate will engage with our customers in person, introducing them to AT&T wireless products and helping them discover mobile options that deliver real value. As an Entry Level Associate, you'll train alongside our experienced sales team to introduce our customers to AT&T's smartphones and flexible data plans designed for how our customers live today. Every conversation sharpens our Entry Level Associate's sales instincts through authentic interactions with customers seeking better connectivity. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Associate Conduct in-person consultations to demonstrate AT&T's latest smartphones, emphasizing technical specifications and device performance. Assess customer needs in person using technical knowledge of AT&T's LTE and 5G network coverage to recommend data plans that maximize connectivity and speed. Explain the nuances of AT&T's plan structures, including data caps, throttling policies, and hotspot capabilities, to ensure informed purchasing decisions. Support the sales process by demonstrating device functionalities, such as multi-camera systems and biometric security features, aligning them with customer needs. Use technical insights into network reliability and coverage maps to build customer confidence in AT&T's service quality. Collect customer feedback related to data usage patterns and device performance to refine future product recommendations. Qualifications of the Entry Level Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about telecommunications, sales, or customer service is a plus. Simplifies complex product features to facilitate sales decisions for everyday users. Upholds standards to build lasting credibility and support the team's sales success. Demonstrates strong organizational skills to track active sales pipelines and follow-ups.
