Job Description:
Full-time, year-round position for administration of enterprise level software tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains enterprise level software tools (ERP, HRIS, SIS, CRM, and LMS) including end-user security. This includes but is not limited to: Banner Student (SIS), Banner HR and Finance (ERP), BDMS (Document Management), Degree Works and Evisions tools (Argos, MAPS, Form Fusion. Provides customer-centric support, problem determination, research, and assistance with operational procedures for enterprise level software tools and related systems. Reviews all requests to modify employee software access privileges. Acts as liaison for end-users in automating, maintaining, and optimizing processes and reports to achieve College operational goals. Provides documentation and assistance to the College users of new and existing software as necessary. Establishes and maintains software security protocols for application software systems as it relates to system access and related single-sign connections to systems and to third-party applications. Assists in the maintenance of the Banner Self-Service site and the College portal (Sharepoint). Provides documentation and assistance to the College users of new and existing software as necessary. Performs other programming, modification and application security duties as necessary. Contributes to unit planning, assessment, and college institutional effectiveness efforts. Acts in accordance with local, state, and federal laws/regulations as well as College policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Educational:
Bachelor's degree from an institutionally accredited organization in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of full-time experience related to job functions required. OR Information Technology certifications (please list on application) and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required. OR Associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information technology or related field and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required. (Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.)
Experiential:
Professional work experience with one or more of the following preferred: Banner, Oracle, SQL, Argos, or other ERP reporting tool.
