As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you will work with businesses to guide them through their journey of discovering AT&T's offerings that best fit their service needs. As an AT&T Wireless Associate, your role will involve providing personalized assistance, answering queries, and recommending products based on product education and knowledge. The AT&T Wireless Associates interactions will shape positive customer experiences and contribute to the success of our company.

AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:

Listen attentively to customer and business owners inquiries to provide accurate information about AT&T's products and services Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues and guide customers in using their devices Build strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process

AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements. Previous sales, technology or customer service experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and other communication devices Full-time opportunity available Apply Today!
