Spanish-Speaking Wireless Sales Representative — Boost Mobile Alsip Boost Mobile is hiring a full-time bilingual English/Spanish wireless sales representative. The priority opening is for the Alsip location. Reliable commute to all five Boost Mobile locations is required: Alsip, Harvey, Markham, Justice, and Chicago on E 103rd St. You will help customers activate phones, switch carriers, upgrade devices, take payments, sell accessories, explain promotions, and provide basic phone support. Spanish is required because many customers need Spanish-speaking help. Fluent English is also required because the rep must help customers fully in English as well. Wireless sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they are reliable, coachable, and comfortable talking to customers. Pay $120/day base pay, plus commission, depending on schedule and in compliance with applicable wage and overtime laws. Commission includes accessory sales, resets, upgrades, new activations, port-ins, add-a-lines, app installs, and qualifying repairs. Some strong sales reps have made $300+ extra in commission in a week. Commission is based on performance and is not guaranteed. Benefits Employee discount and flexible schedule. Required schedule window:

arrive by 9:50 AM and work until 7:00 PM every day except Sunday. Sunday requires arriving by 11:50 AM and working until 5:00 PM. The arrival times already include the required 10-minute early arrival. Requirements

• Must speak Spanish conversationally
• Must speak fluent English
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Wireless sales experience strongly preferred
• Reliable commute to all five required stores: Alsip, Harvey, Markham, Justice, and Chicago E 103rd St
• Comfortable talking to customers and selling
• Punctual, coachable, and professional
• During the two-week training period, one late arrival after the required arrival time gets one warning; a second late arrival during those two weeks ends training
